Welcome to Joel's Encouraging Word!

All of us have within us something very special and unique. It's something that someone in this world needs and can come only from you. Even though it comes from you, it's not necessarily for you. Your greatest joy from your gift comes when you use it for the benefit of someone else. It almost seems strange, but in practice, it makes perfect sense.

One of the gifts within myself, is the gift of encouragement. And it's my gift  to you. Inside of the stories you will read, exists that common thread, to build you up and inspire you. Each of us has a unique view of the world and I will speak to you from mine. My goal and prayer is that you will see yourself in a whole new way and as you change your thinking, other things in your world will change as well.
